RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS BVGiWear's RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
When you’re happy, we’re happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise purchased from the BVGiWear website for a refund merchandise credit within 30 days of your purchase. Returns must be in the original case and/or packaging and in perfect resalable condition for refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
Please visit our Returns Page or click here to get a return label that can be used to send your package to us. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment within. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your bank statement (this depends on how your bank/credit card company has their credit schedule set). If you made your purchase with a BVG Black Card, a new one will be sent to you at that time.
*BVGiWear reserves the right to deny and exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
HOW DOES BVG PROCESS ORDERS?
Orders are processed pending product availability. If your item is in stock, please allow BVGiWear one to two (1-2) business days to process and dispatch your order one payment is received and cleared.
- Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirming your order and, once shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.
We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

WHAT ARE THE BVGiWear SHIPPING RATES?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $200. Orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee as follows: Flat Rate: $7.50; 2nd Day Air: $30.
UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping couriers. We will use their services unless instructed otherwise by the customer in which rates may be subject to change.
BVGiWear is not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping and handling by 3rd parties of the ordered good. If this situation arises, please contact us.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN FREE SHIPPING?
What is included in free shipping?
Free shipping does not apply to percent off discount card usage. Shipping and taxes are applicable when using discount cards that offer a percentage of the retail price. Expedited shipping charges will apply to all Ambassador or percent off discounts. Credit will not be issued on any shipping costs. We do provide shipping on items being returned that were originally purchased from our website within 30 days.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days. Transit times will vary depending on destination and seasonal holidays. Arrival time for international shipment is estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to freight couriers, international customs policies and duties.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

WHAT IS OUR WARRANTY & WHAT DOES IT COVER?
By purchasing a pair of BVGiWear sunglasses, you’re becoming a part of the BVG Army. We never leave a soldier behind. BVGiWear sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two full years from the date of purchase against any material or workmanship defect. BG Valor, Inc. will repair or replace any pair of BVGiWear sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.
